2012 Recital Information

May 26th & 27th, 2012 (Memorial Weekend) is our “BIG” Production at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. All Students are invited to be a part of this exciting and memorable event, but it is optional. Parents who are unfamiliar with our big show-year should please read this important information prior to registration. We want you to be informed of all costs related to the performance.

Costume Fees:

$65.00 Each for Tots & Tutus / Pre-Ballet Classes

$75.00 Each for split classes (Ballet/Tap, Ballet/Tumb., Jazz/Tap & Ballet/Jazz Classes)

$75.00 Each for all level I Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop Classes

$80.00 Each for all level II through senior Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop Classes.

Costumes are not custom made and may need some alterations, parents incur those expenses.

Costumes placed on the second order will incure an additional fee of $5.00 per costume for expedited shipping.

Costume Fees are due by October 10th and can be included with your tuition. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express cards are accepted. Accounts with an auto credit card on file can have their costume fees charged for a $3.00 Fee. Any family choosing not to perform in our production will need to notify front office in writing by October 10th. Dancer’s Measurements will be taken in October and early November during his/her class-time.

Deadlines

Miss Terry will place two costume orders. Costume payments made on or before October 19th will be included on the firsts order.

  • Payments made after October, 10th will automatically be put on the second order
  • The second order will not be shipped in time for picture week.
  • Once an order has been placed, there are no cancellations or refunds, but a dancer who drops from Boni’s will be able to pick up their costume between May 1st – July 31st. After July 31st the costumes will be donated to charity.

Please note – No costume can be size exchanged with a costume company due to time constraints.

Professional Pictures:

(Optional) Group & Individual Pictures are made during your dancers regular class-time, in costume & make-up. Purchasing individual pictures is optional; however, we encourage all dancers to be a part of the class group picture.

Tickets:

Tickets are $11.00 each and may be purchased through ticketmaster.com or at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion box office. Tickets go on sale Saturday, April 28th at 10:00 a.m.

Recital Fee:

Our 2012 recital fee will be 80.00 per family. The recital fee is due by March 10th & can be included with your March tuition. This fee covers the rental of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, sound & lighting equipment, stage hand salaries, backdrops, props, programs, etc.
